All prices include VAT and cost of packaging and are shown in Euro. Delivery charges will be applied for consignments to other European countries than Germany. Prices will be charged that are valid on the day of the order. We retain the right to change prices, to limit the product range or to completely withdraw from an order.
Method of Payment:
For deliveries within Europe the following delivery charges apply:
Goods will be dispatched at the latest the day following your order or, if you have chosen bank transfer and prepayment, when the payment has arrived in our bank account. We cannot guarantee that we are able to send out products immediately. If an item is out of stock you will be emailed with likely timescales. You have the option to cancel your order any time. Pre-payments will be refunded immediately. The shipping takes 3-5 days. If the shipping takes longer than that we are not liable.
The goods will be delivered by DHL - Deutsche Post AG if you choose payment on delivery. If you choose bank transfer or payment via PayPal the goods will by shipped by GLS-Germany if possible - otherwise by DHL.
(*)For payment on delivery within Germany no extra fees are charged by the post office. In case of payment on delivery in other European countries the post office might charge 5 to 10 Euros extra, depending on the value of the goods.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. To keep this deadline you must contact us by letter, fax or email or send the goods off in time. The deadline begins when you receive the returns policy. We detain the right to deduct a certain sum of money if we receive the returned item damaged or with clear signs of usage. Delivery charges for returning products to us will be refunded.
Apart from the 2-year warranty by us all PetSafe products are covered by a 30-year warranty of the manufacturer on the electronic parts. If your purchased product is faulty, please return it to HappyTatzen, Simone Rusch, Georg-Mechtersheimer-Str. 3, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany and include a copy of your receipt. We replace the faulty goods quickly and free of charge. You might also contact us first by email or contact the customer service of PetSafe on +32 26559595 to establish the problem.
We are not liable for any damages that are caused by wrong usage, disregard of the usage instructions given or negligence. The same applies for the loss of products, broken parts (e.g. broken antenna), damages through lightening, dampness or high voltage.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We will collect information about you only in order to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not pass on your data to any third parties (except shippers).
We will not email you in the future unless you have signed up for our newsletter. If you have done so, you can cancel your subscription any time.
We do not use technology to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
